Patient Eligibility


•	The package is applicable for elective, uncomplicated patients. Patients with the following conditions are considered to be complex or high risk cases and will not qualify for the package : *Blending Disorders* Patients with underlying severe medical problems that required additional treatment and investigation including, but not limited to HIV and uncontrolled diabetes.

About the Procedure

Preoperative Condition	:Low profile nose, saddle nose deformity inadequate tip projection
Anesthesia	:Local under sedation
Surgical Planning
Surgical Procedure	: Incision is made behind the nostril rim. Nasal Soft tissue is separated from the underlying framework. To create adequate space for the carved silicone implant.
Result	:A certain degree of welling will persist for a week. The maximal Swelling will be with in 48 hours. While mild to moderate degree of pain can be remedy with simple oral analgesics. External nasal splint will be in placed for 2 days.
Postoperative Care	: Keep your head raise for about 30 degree for 3-4 days. : Apply cold compression over both periorbital area for 48 hours, then apply warm compression until the swelling subside : Cleansing mouth more frequent at least 4-6 times a day. : Refrain from smoking or at least 2-3 months : Stop smoking for at least 2 weeks before operation.

•	Normally nose augmentation is not a complicated operation.
•	Patient’s satisfaction is very high. Still very small number of patient
•	Have a chance of bleeding, infection and implant milalignment

Prepare for Surgery


•	Send your e-photo scan for 3 views, the frontal, the lateral and in between (oblique view) Use dark or black background while shooting.
•	Prepare yourself in a good condition, refrain from smoking, drink alcohol. Check your blood pressure and you cardiac status, eg. EKG especially those who are over 40 years old.
•	Avoid some medication such as ASA, Vit. E etc(better check your self with your local doctor.)
